When something needs fixing, you shouldn't have to manage it from 2,000 miles away. We handle the scheduling, the access and the follow-up.

How it works

  1. We tell you what we found

    Photos and plain-language notes, so you know exactly what needs attention.

  2. You approve, we book

    We schedule a licensed, insured pro, or your preferred vendor if you have one.

  3. We let them in and stay

    We meet the vendor at your home and stay while they work.

  4. You get photos of the finished job

    We check the work, lock up and send you photos when it's done.

$60/hrOne-hour minimum, plus the vendor's invoice. We don't perform repairs ourselves. Licensed pros protect your home, your insurance coverage and your warranties.
