Snowbird Home Care was founded by Dorian Patel, a local Arizona homeowner, real estate professional, and hands-on property manager who understands exactly what it means to leave a home unattended.

After managing multiple homes for family and clients, Dorian noticed a recurring problem. Many home watch services offered infrequent visits, vague updates, or reactive care that caught issues too late. Snowbird Home Care was built to change that.

Every visit is treated like it’s our own home. From checking for leaks and system issues to documenting each visit with clear photo reports and coordinating trusted local vendors, the focus is on prevention, accountability, and transparency.
