1The walkthrough

Your home, documented.

Before the first visit, we walk the property with you and record the location of every water shutoff, electrical panel, HVAC unit and pool system, along with anything you would like watched closely. That record becomes the site plan every visit works from.

2The inspection protocol

A protocol written for your home.

Your floor plan, systems and requests become a written inspection protocol, specific to your property. Every visit completes it in full, including each photograph it requires. When something changes at the house, the protocol changes with it.

3The release standard

No report leaves until every point is verified.

Reports are prepared in our own software, which holds each one until the full protocol is complete. An unfinished inspection cannot be sent, so nothing is skipped and nothing is assumed.
