Pricing is the same in every city we serve. Homes up to 3,000 sq ft are $149 a month for a visit every two weeks or $249 a month weekly. Larger homes or homes with a pool are $199 or $329. Homes over 10,000 sq ft are quoted after the free walkthrough, and every price is confirmed at the walkthrough. You only pay for the months you're away, and prepaying your season saves 10%.

Can you get the house ready before I come back in the fall?
Yes. Arrival prep is $149: we cool the house and run the water before you land, so it's comfortable and checked when you walk in.
