Most clients choose bi-weekly or weekly visits, depending on how long they’re away. During each visit, we complete a detailed inspection covering leaks, pests, HVAC performance, irrigation, and security. You’ll receive a full report with photos after every visit.

If we find something serious — like a water leak, pest issue, or storm damage — you’ll be notified immediately. With your approval, we can coordinate with trusted vendors or contractors to fix the issue quickly.

Yes! When you’re back in Arizona, our Helping Hands and Concierge services can take care of small repairs, mounting TVs, setting up smart thermostats, and even getting your home arrival-ready.

Absolutely. We offer Energy-Smart Consultations to identify vampire loads, install smart thermostats and leak sensors, and recommend upgrades that lower energy bills while you’re away.

Arrival Prep → home is move-in ready (pre-cooled, clean, fridge stocked, mail sorted).
Departure Prep → thermostat set to away mode, fridge cleaned out, security checked, everything locked. -
You can sign up online and manage your subscription through the secure client portal. Once enrolled, you’ll have a personal dashboard to view reports, request add-ons, and update your account.
